My experience in Collins Aerospace has been no less than a roller-coaster journey, bombarded with a lot of opportunities to grow both on professional and personal terms. I have successfully completed the EnTeR (Engineering in Rotation) program which has helped me discover my area of strengths in technical field and gave me a brief overview of the complete product cycle from manufacturing to engineering, adding a feather to my professional journey and providing an opportunity to build a career in Data Analytics. Apart from technical, there are a lot of opportunities where one can focus, learn, and exhibit the interpersonal skills like communication, leadership qualities, empathy to name a few and grow as a better individual and as a leader. Collins supports and encourages a lot of CSR Initiatives to make an impact and give back to the society which we live in and hosts fun and cultural events which I always look forward to participating actively. Happy to be associated with Collins from last 5 years and looking forward for growth of Collins and myself in near future.
